Please note that there is no facility to return product(s) which have been purchased online to any of the Energlaze branches.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service centre within seven days to let us know what the issue is. The product(s) can be returned within 30 days, provided the product is unused and returned in the same condition which you received it, including being in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Energlaze will arrange for the collection of goods damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect items.
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon delivery before signing the delivery docket.
Change of mind/Undamaged
If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep the goods you have ordered, under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the items.
This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specifications and perishable goods.
To return or exchange the product(s) contact our Customer Service Centre within 14 days commencing on the day after delivery of your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation without delay. The product(s) can be returned within 14 days of providing notice of your cancellation, provided the product has been unused and is returned in the same condition in which you received it including being in its original packaging which must not be damaged or opened, for exchange or refund.
Goods returned due to a change of mind are returned to Energlaze at your own expense
If there is an issue with damaged or poor quality please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send a photo so we can confirm the cause of the problem.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We will not refund lost parcels unless you can produce proof of postage. The products ordered are yours until we receive them so please keep your proof of postage in a safe place until your account has been credited with the return.
