Domestic SEAI Grants

ENERGY EFFICIENT MEASURE SEAI GRANT
SOLAR  €

  • Solar PV (Electricity)

(Homes built pre 2021)

  • €800 per kWp up to 2kWp
  • €250 per kWp for 2–4kWp
    (3kWp is €1850, 4kWp is €2100)
  • Max grant available €2,100

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • From January 2025 the max grant will be capped at €1,800. Order before then to guarantee the higher rate.
INSULATION  €

  • Attic Insulation

(homes built before 2011)

  • Apartment = €800
  • Mid-Terrace = €1,200
  • Semi-detached (or end of terrace) = €1,300
  • Detached house = €1,500

  • Cavity Wall Insulation

(homes built before 2011)

  • Mid-Terrace = €800
