To ensure that your home qualifies for significant SEAI grants through our one-stop shop you will need a Home Energy Assessment (HEA) carried out on your home. We’ll arrange the assessment and the cost starts at €620* for the HEA & Heat Loss Indicator (HLI), but this is fully refundable once you proceed with the proposed upgrades with Energlaze.
*Note: Final cost of the HEA depends on the size and type of home.
